Printing PDFPlates in Kneeboard Format

We get this question a lot - folks often want to print their plates in the familiar "kneeboard" format, using half of an 8/5 x 11 page.  Adobe Acrobat Reader offers an option to do this. It saves paper and is a convenient solution. Follow these instructions:

In Adobe Reader, select the "Print" menu. You'll see something like this:

In the 'Print Range' box, enter the pages you are interested in. You may type page numbers separated by a comma as shown or enter a range, such as 184-188 to print all pages in this range. Next, change the page scaling to 'Multiple pages per sheet', and select 2 pages per sheet and 'horizontal' for the page order.

Finally, press the button that says 'Advanced', then in the pop up window, select 'Print as Image'.

Press OK to exit the dialog.

Now, you will be back in the 'Print' dialog box. Press OK and you should be get a printout as described.

Hope this helps, fly safe.
